30 Day refunds - you can return any item you are not pleased with within 30 days of receiving the item. It must be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped; customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
No Refunds for Custom Items - because custom items are made to customer requests we will not be offering a refund on custom items.
We do not haggle - the price of each item is clearly listed on our website; please do not reach out to us asking if we will take an amount less than what is listed. Our items are priced fairly based on the time and care taken with each item, which is made by hand.
Backorders are when we have more orders for an item than we have of that made product.
There are only a limited number of our products that we allow backorders for. It depends on size of the item and if we have all of the necessary supplies in stock to make the item. We allow backorders for items that will only take a minimal amount of time to make and ship.
Our goal is to have backorders made and shipped within 5-7 days of the original order date. If we have to order yarn and wait for it to come in via mail then it can take longer. If that is the case you will receive an email with an updated time frame and the option to continue to wait or cancel your order and receive a full refund.

Purple Haze Crochet is based in Richmond, Virginia. We do not have a physical storefront only an online shopping experience.
We do custom orders on certain items. If the product offers customization it will be clearly noted.
Our goal is to ship all pre-made items within 2-3 days of the original order date. If there will be a delay, you will receive an email advising of the delay and an expected ship date if one is available. For customized items they are made to order and we ask that you allow 7 days for the item to be made and then shipping time applies.
All items are shipped via US Postal Service standard shipping 3-5 days. If you will need your item before then, please email us at info@purplehazecrochet.com to discuss the cost of expedited shipping and how much add'l cost there will be to you.
At this time we are only shipping within the United States (all 50 states plus territories).
